KANZZS Membership Terms and Conditions
Membership Requirements
Applications wishing to apply for membership with KANZZS may do so under their own individual name or under the name of a business or Company registered under Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia
Applicants wishing to apply for membership under the individual category must be at least 18 years of age.
Applicants wishing to apply for membership under the name of a business or registered company must submit a copy of the company registration, Form 24 and 49 to KANZZS informing KANZZS of the list of directors and shareholders.
Status of Member
KANZZS members are deemed to be independent contractors, and shall operate their memberships as independent dealers/distributors of products marketed by KANZZS; KANZZS members shall not be deemed to be agents, partners, representative, legal or otherwise. Franchise and/or employees of KANZZS.
Membership Responsibilities
KANZZS members shall sell all products marketed by KANZZS at KANZZS catalogue prices.
KANZZS members are automatically entitled to participate in any of the schemes launched by the Company and in addition thereto to the benefit of the bonuses payable under the prevailing KANZZS Affiliate Program.
A KANZZS member shall not permit, allow and /or in any manner directly/indirectly participate in the sales and/or display of any/all product marketed by KANZZS at other retail counters, stalls or public area, without prior written approval of KANZZS.
Members are not allowed either directly or indirectly to offer free membership, lucky draws or any other form of inducements or promise to entice individuals to register as KANZZS members.
Line-switching which is defined as re-registering an existing member under the particulars of another person and getting the member to purchase and sponsor under the new membership, is strictly prohibited.
Members are strictly prohibited from enticing existing KANZZS members into joining other direct selling companies.
Other than printed materials that KANZZS may from time to time supply and/or sell to KANZZS members, KANZZS members shall not use the KANZZS logo, letterhead, stationery and/or any representations of KANZZS without the prior written approval of KANZZS.
KANZZS members, when transacting with KANZZS or KANZZS or KANZZS’s Sales Centres shall at time furnish and display his/her KANZZS Membership Card.
KANZZS’s strictly prohibits the purchase of products in unreasonable amounts primarily for the purposes of qualifying for earnings of advancements in the KANZZS Affiliate Program.
Members shall conduct themselves in an honest and ethical manner and shall not in any way injure, or cause disrepute to KANZZS, KANZZS’s name and/or its affiliated brand names.
KANZZS members shall comply with all national, federal, state, provincial, territorial, or local laws and regulations in the conduct of their businesses.
KANZZS members must discuss with Management any new rules implemented by Company as Company had to change rules whichever is required by KPDNKK. Any members who complaints to other government departments without any discussion with Company shall be liable for termination.
KANZZS members must read the Terms and Conditions properly before joining as member as signing up mean you fully understand the Terms and Conditions well.
KANZZS members must not condemn Company and any proof of condemning Company will be liable for termination.
Membership Transfer
KANZZS may effect transfer of the membership of any member concern to his/her heirs, assignees or successors-in-title, in the event of any of the following:
- The demise of the member concerned or
- Where the member concerned has been medically certified to be insane.
Members may in any, of the following circumstances, apply to KANZZS for the transfer of his/her membership to his/her nominee subject to KANZZS’s approval:
- Where the member concerned has furnished sufficient evidence of migration or
- Under any other special circumstances and such application being made under this sub-section subject to approval at KANZZS’s final and unfettered discretion.
Change of Member’s Composition
Any business entity/company registered as a KANZZS member shall notify KANZZS within 14 days of any change in the board of directors, partnership, or shareholders. KANZZS however, reserves the unfettered right to affirm, suspend, or terminate the membership of such approved by KANZZS.
Cancellation
A KANZZS member may cancel his/her membership by written request, or he or she remains inactive (i.e. no purchases of KANZZS products, no sales of KANZZS and no recruitment of new members) over a period of six (6) consecutive months, KANZZS will automatically termination his/her account without any notice. Please take note that all members must be active (must sell or maintain one box of value pack per month) in order to qualify for bonuses failing which their center will be close.
Sponsorship Restriction
Strict Anti-double sponsoring will take effect of an existing members signs up under a second sponsor. Please be remind that double sponsoring is a very violation of KANZZS policy. You cannot offer any monetary value or any kinds that attract him to re-join under your group. Please ask before sponsoring a person on whether he is an existing members or if any of his immediate family is a member. If yes, do not sponsor him/her.
If a distributor wish to signs up under a new sponsor, he/.she must notified KANZZS in writing to terminated his/her membership. He/she can only register under a new sponsor after 6 month from the date of his notification to KANZZS In writing. Failure to wait for the required periods of time (6mth) will violate and subject to termination of membership.
If KANZZS determine that a double sponsoring had taken place, any of the following penalties mau be imposed.

Selling KANZZS Products Not According To Our Market Price
Member caught selling products below or above our set market price will received a warning letter. The second offence will be result in immediate freeze of member account. The periods of freeze depend on conduct and jurisdiction of KANZZS,
Disciplinary Action
Violation of any of the KANZZS Membership Terms and Conditions may result at KANZZS’s discretion, in one or more of the following disciplinary actions.
KANZZS may suspend and/or terminate the membership of any member for any non-compliance, breach and/or violation of any of the above Terms and Conditions.
In the event of termination of a membership for any reason by KANZZS, the terminated member’s group shall be transferred, or re-adjusted under KANZZS’s sole and unfettered discretion.
KANZZS shall be entitled to make necessary adjustment and/or rectification to the groups and lines as it deems fit and proper. In addition to KANZZS’s rights as above. KANZZS further reserves the right to take any other course of action against any member who has violated any of the above Terms and Conditions.
In the event that the member is terminated, he/she must agree under our Terms and Conditions that they cannot claims whatsoever from our company.
KANZZS members terminated must agree under Terms and Conditions that they cannot sue the company whatsoever reasons.
General
KANZZS may at its own unfettered discretion and from time to time amend the above stated Terms and Conditions as deemed necessary without prior notice to the members.
The company had every right to amend the Terms and Conditions as to where it deem fit without any notice to members.
